Exam Details

 

The next Virgin Islands bar exam will be administered on February 29 and March 1, 2012.
Application Deadline: January 30, 2012

The bar exam is administered over two days and consists of essay exams as well as the MBE.   Applicants must also successfully pass the MPRE.  

Local Essay Portion

The Virgin Islands Bar Review course prepares you for the essay portion of the exam which tests your knowledge of Virgin Islands law.  There are twelve essays – one essay for each of the following subjects:

 

Agency	Civil Procedure	Commercial Paper	Conflict of Laws
Corporations	Criminal Procedure	Domestic Relations	Partnership
Sales	Secured Transactions	Trusts	Wills
